Richard has over 35 years of experience in the O & G sector with Owners and E & C Service companies across 3 continents. He has impacted business performance and project outcomes for Arco British Ltd, AMEC, and SNC-Lavalin.
Richard has demonstrated leadership in managing large and complex businesses and mega projects spanning all phases of project development and execution. He was the Project Director for AMEC on ExxonMobil’s multi-billion dollar Kearl Expansion Project in Alberta. From 2017 to 2019 spearheaded SNC-Lavalin’s O & G Global Project Development as SVP. After leaving SNC-Lavalin he joined Lumeri, a leadership consultancy firm with a unique approach to reliably deliver mega-project and organizational transformation. Richard has an HNC in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Project Management. He runs an Advisory firm and is involved in supporting other cleantech startups
President, Co-Founder and Director
Erin has 18 years of experience in capital markets, specializing in growth-focused public and private companies moving into senior private or public equity.
She is an expert in complex projects requiring financing solutions, including offtake and multi-lateral government banking group investment. She was recently appointed Advisor for Raiven Capital’s Silicon Valley-Canada Cross-Border Fund. She has developed key relationships with Chinese technology, manufacturing and financial groups and, from 2010 to 2015, led a multi-national and multi-disciplinary team to develop the Karakul Cobalt Mine in Altai, Russia. Active in Canadian politics since the late 1980s, Erin has managed and advised campaigns and leadership races at all levels of government. In 2011, Erin was recognized as a 40 under 40 for her accomplishments as a young CEO.

Wade Larson has worked in Canada’s space (satellite) sector for 25 years, starting at the Canadian Space Agency and then at MDA.
Wade co-founded UrtheCast and served as the company’s President and COO and then its CEO. He developed its business plan as a highly-differentiated services company, with services delivered off of large capital assets with high barriers to entry. He built the team that took the company public, raised ~C$250M, acquired a subsidiary in Europe for €72M, grew to a 200+ person multi-national organization, and achieved C$50M in revenues in 2016 (named Canada’s fastest growing tech company over five years by Deloitte). He has an MA and an MBA.
Co-Founder and Chief Technical Advisor
Rashaad Sader has been leading O&G projects for over 20 years for Halliburton, Westinghouse, Bechtel, AMEC, and SNC-Lavalin in the U.S., Africa and Canada. As a Project Director, he has led the development of cogeneration power plants, desalination facilities, refineries, methanol plants, and oil sands developments through business planning, facility planning, front-end engineering and project execution. He was the architect of a design-one-build-many approach to a multi-billion-dollar oil-sands facility resulting in a 30% cost-reduction. In addition to a Masters in Robotics and Automation from the University of Calgary, Rashaad is Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence candidate with Queen’s University.

Hon. Stockwell Day has served as an elected representative for 25 years in two separate provinces and in senior cabinet roles provincially and federally.
As President/CEO of the consulting company in his name he specializes in bridging and advising strategic alliances nationally and internationally in the spheres of business, political, and non-government operations.

Robert Delamar is a lawyer and high tech executive with more than 20 years of experience building early stage companies around the world.
His ventures have involved the development of a range of technologies from distributed networking, OTT video streaming technologies, public safety smart city hardware and software, to cleantech, in verticals ranging from consumer to government.
Co-Founder and Senior Advisor
Mark Marissen served as national campaign co-chair for the Liberal Party of Canada in the 2008 national election (”the Green Shift”), and has served as a political strategist for many other campaigns at federal, provincial and local levels.
He has provided strategic advice and public-consultation services to major public entities and infrastructure projects, including the Prince Rupert Port Authority, Fraser River Port Authority, the Vancouver Airport Authority, Council of Forest Industries, BC Ferries, CIBC World Markets, the Metro Vancouver SkyTrain Extension Project, and the Richmond Airport-Vancouver Canada Line SkyTrain transit project.
